Meet Grandpa...
J.E. O’Neill, or Jack, as his friends called him, was a true pioneer of the American west. In 1937 he began ranching near Fresno, CA with 500 head of cattle. After feeding troops during WWII, O’Neill Fed Beef was formed in 1949 and was revered for its high quality. Jack’s guests always looked forward to a dinner of prime steaks topped with his special touch. The recipe for his steak butter has been passed down three generations and we are delighted to share it with you.

Judy, Jack's granddaughter, and her three daughters, Krissy, Stacy and Amy, wanted to share this delicious butter with everyone, not just keep it for themselves. We are based in Colorado. Our butter is made without corn syrup, coloring or other nasty things. As we like to say, skip the sauce, pass the butter.
